Parties

A party is anyone the council has an agreement with: a tenant, landlord, licensee or guarantor. Each party is recorded once and linked to all their agreements.

A party's page

Select Leases, then Parties, and choose a party to see:

• their contact details and company or charity number;
• every agreement where they are tenant, landlord or guarantor;
• every property involved;
• the total rent they pay or receive.

Finance customer reference

Record the party's customer account number from the council's finance system. It links PHAEMA to the finance system and is used to match parties when importing.

Who can change parties

Administrators and surveyors can change contact details. Every change is in the change log.
